Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.1 · Effective and Last Updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of LogoRemover.ai, including its websites, applications, AI generation tools, image and video editing tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility, Account, and Authority

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms. By creating an account, purchasing Credits, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete account information, keep your billing email current, protect your login credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

1.3 Organizational Accounts

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your access to and use of the Services.

2. Service Scope

The Services may allow you to submit text prompts, upload images or videos, generate images, edit media, and remove or modify logos, watermarks, text, objects, backgrounds, subtitles, or other visual elements.

The Services are digital, intangible software services delivered over the internet. Access to purchased Credits is provided after payment is confirmed, subject to the refund limits in Section 3.

The Services may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product operations.

3. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

3.1 Credits and Payment

The Services operate on a pay-as-you-go Credits system. You may make a one-time purchase of a Credits package through the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not currently offer subscriptions or automatic top-up. Available packages and current prices are shown on our Pricing page.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Taxes, exchange rates, network costs, app-store charges, or other provider fees may apply as disclosed during checkout.

Credits do not expire while they remain available in your account. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase gift cards.

3.2 Credit Returns for Failed Services

When Credits are deducted for a task that is not accepted, fails, times out, or only partially succeeds, Credits for the unsuccessful billable units are returned to the same Credits balance under the applicable tool rules. This is a Credits balance adjustment, not a cash refund to the original payment method.

3.3 Purchase Refund Eligibility

Consumed Credits are non-refundable. A purchase is eligible for review under the following limited circumstances:

  • Completely unused purchase within 7 days: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if none of the Credits from that purchase have been consumed. A partially used purchase is not eligible under this exception.
  • Duplicate charge or billing error: A confirmed duplicate charge or other billing error is eligible for a full refund of the erroneous charge.
  • Statutory rights: Any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law remain available. Where the law permits, a withdrawal right for immediately delivered digital Credits is waived when you first use Credits from the purchase.

Gift cards are purchased from third-party sellers such as G2A or SEAGM. Refunds for the original gift card purchase must be requested from that seller under its refund policy. Redeeming a gift card for Credits does not create a right to a cash refund from LogoRemover.ai. Registration rewards, daily check-in rewards, promotional Credits, and other free Credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for discretionary refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

3.4 How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your account email, transaction or order ID, payment method, and reason for the request.

We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days. If approved, we will process an eligible refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where technically and legally supported; payment providers or financial institutions may require additional time to complete the refund.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] with your account email and transaction or order ID before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

5. AI Models and AI-Generated Results

The Services use third-party artificial intelligence systems, including FLUX.2, Google Nano Banana, and ChatGPT LLM. We may update these systems over time. Service performance and availability may be affected by third-party systems, and we do not guarantee their continued availability or a specific output quality.

AI-generated or AI-edited results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to content generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee that any result is unique, eligible for trademark or copyright protection, or free from third-party rights.

To the extent permitted by law and as between you and LogoRemover.ai, you retain any rights that arise in results generated for you. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated results for personal purposes. You are responsible for reviewing results and obtaining any permissions, licenses, clearances, or professional advice required for your intended use.

6. User Content and Permissions

"User Content" means prompts, text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, files, instructions, and other material that you submit to or process through the Services, together with results generated from that material.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant LogoRemover.ai a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, process, modify, and review User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions necessary to submit and process User Content. You must not remove or alter a watermark, logo, trademark, copyright notice, source identifier, or other rights-management information unless you are authorized to do so. You remain responsible for User Content and for how you use any result.

7. Prohibited Content Categories

You must not use the Services to create, edit, process, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content, including explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  2. Violent or graphic content, including content that glorifies, encourages, or provides instructions for serious violence or physical harm.
  3. Hate content, including content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  4. Child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or any content that endangers a child.
  5. Deepfakes or impersonation, including deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people, brands, or organizations.
  6. Copyright- or trademark-infringing content, including unauthorized use, removal, alteration, or concealment of protected marks, notices, or ownership information.

These restrictions apply to both User Content and results produced or edited through the Services.

8. Zero-Tolerance Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate blocking, account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to competent authorities when required or appropriate:

  • CSAM or any sexual content involving minors;
  • content that promotes or materially assists terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence;
  • instructions for creating or obtaining weapons of mass destruction;
  • content that incites genocide, ethnic cleansing, or targeted mass violence;
  • non-consensual sexual deepfakes or intimate imagery involving a real person; and
  • any other content that applicable law requires us to block, preserve, or report.

9. Other Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Services to:

  • create or spread fraud, scams, spam, materially deceptive claims, or harmful misinformation;
  • impersonate a real person, business, government body, or other organization without authorization;
  • violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or data protection rights;
  • deceptively present AI-generated content as human-created where that representation would mislead or harm others;
  • create misleading political content or regulated medical, legal, or financial claims in violation of applicable law;
  • bypass, probe, disable, or interfere with safety filters, usage limits, access controls, or other protective measures;
  • use automated means to abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services;
  • create or distribute malware, phishing content, credential theft tools, or cyberattack instructions;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Services without prior written approval;
  • use Service inputs, outputs, model responses, or derivatives to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distil, or develop a competing AI or machine-learning system;
  • systematically scrape, extract, or harvest outputs at scale for purposes other than your own authorized use;
  • facilitate unlawful activity or cause harm to another person; or
  • assist another person in doing anything prohibited by these Terms.

10. Content Moderation and Safety Review

We use automated safety filters and content classifiers to review inputs and outputs. Our layered content-safety process includes:

  • automated review of prompts, uploaded media, requests, and other inputs;
  • automated review of generated or edited results;
  • analysis of unusual, repeated, or high-volume usage patterns;
  • human review of flagged activity and user reports;
  • periodic sampling and audits to evaluate and improve safety controls; and
  • severity-based classification to determine appropriate review and enforcement.

Automated systems can make mistakes. We use human review to confirm material decisions, investigate context, and assess appeals. Reviewers are expected to handle reviewed information confidentially and only for legitimate safety, enforcement, and legal purposes.

11. Severity Classification

We generally classify violations as follows:

LevelExamplesTypical Review and Action
L1 - CriticalChild safety, terrorism, mass violence, or other illegal zero-tolerance contentImmediate blocking, urgent human confirmation, account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting where required or appropriate
L2 - High RiskSerious prohibited content, harmful deepfakes, severe infringement, or repeated abusePriority review, content removal or rejection, feature restrictions, and account suspension
L3 - Medium RiskConfirmed general policy violationsHuman review, warning, content removal, or feature restrictions
L4 - Low RiskMinor or first-time correctable violationsWarning, requested correction, or limited restrictions

We may adjust the response when context, legal requirements, repeated behavior, intent, or potential harm justifies a different action.

12. Reporting Violations

You may report suspected violations, child-safety concerns, terrorist or extremist content, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or other abuse by emailing [email protected].

Where possible, include the relevant URL, account or task information, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence. Do not send illegal content unless specifically requested through a lawful and secure process.

We handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, subject to legal obligations and the need to investigate. Reports are reviewed objectively and independently from the reported user. Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may be recorded and may result in restrictions under these Terms.

13. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of a violation, we may:

  • issue a written warning or require corrective action;
  • reject a request or block processing;
  • remove or disable access to content or results;
  • reduce usage limits or restrict access to features or models;
  • temporarily suspend an account while a review is pending;
  • permanently terminate access to the Services;
  • preserve relevant records or evidence; and
  • report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Critical violations may be enforced immediately and without prior warning. We may consider repeated lower-level violations collectively when determining an appropriate response.

14. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Appeal" and enough information to identify the decision.

Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not responsible for the original decision whenever reasonably practicable. Submitting an appeal does not automatically pause restrictions imposed to protect users, third parties, or the Services.

15. Platform Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, interfaces, designs, databases, documentation, text, graphics, and LogoRemover.ai branding, are owned by or licensed to LogoRemover.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. This section does not claim ownership of your User Content or override the permissions for generated results described above.

16. Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Account information may be retained while an account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion, subject to legal, billing, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.

No method of transmission, storage, or automated review is completely secure. You should not submit information that is unnecessary for the requested service or that you are not authorized to provide.

17. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or that any AI-generated or edited result will meet your expectations.

Results are not professional legal, medical, financial, trademark, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating results before relying on or publishing them.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LogoRemover.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or use arising from or related to the Services or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogoRemover.ai's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to LogoRemover.ai during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, we must comply with law, or action is needed to protect users, third parties, or the Services. Purchased Credits remain subject to Section 3; termination for a policy violation does not create an additional refund right.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning rights, responsibility, disclaimers, liability, enforcement, and disputes relating to prior use, will continue to apply.

20. Disputes and General Provisions

Before starting formal proceedings concerning the Services, contact [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Any unresolved dispute is subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of a competent court.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, safety practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice through the Services or your registered email where reasonably practicable, then update the version and date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
